Are Polish builders aware of British building regulations?
Not many of them, which is why we use surveyors and structural engineers who are.
Are your plumbers and electricians qualified to carry out plumbing and electrical works?
Some of ours are, although most Polish plumbers and electricians are not. We use Corgi registered plumbers and Part P registered, 16th Edition, and City and Guilds 2391 qualified electricians where required.
What guarantees have I that you won't run off with my money?
Good question, spring in Poland is looming and we could all do with a free break! No seriously, you can pay us in stages, by the time your first cheque clears we’ll have already begun the work.
